Scope and Contents From the Sub-Series: The first five boxes in this subseries contain correspondence, memoranda, statements, and speeches, reports, a 1977 travel briefing book, hearings, bills, acts, amendments, press releases, telegrams, and clippings. Several legislative staff names appears throughout the files are Ron Smith, Jim Bayless, Carolyn Bacon, Win Skiles, and Gil Bray.
